Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Rotisserie chicken works great!
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • ½ cup Celery (finely diced) Adds crunch
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (sliced) Or sub red onion
  • To taste Salt & black pepper Optional: add lemon juice or herbs

Method
 

  1. If using pre-cooked chicken, shred it finely with forks or chop into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and green onions.
