Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For extra freshness, stir in chopped parsley.
  4. For best flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
  5. Toss with shredded chicken, celery, and grapes for classic chicken salad, or use as a sandwich spread.

  • Make it Lighter: Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
