Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla, stirring until combined.
Combine: Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mix. Avoid overmixing. Stir in walnuts and milk/yogurt (if using).
Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan. Top with extra walnuts. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool: Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
