- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar (if using).
- Add Herbs & Spices: Stir in oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rest: Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld (or up to 1 hour for stronger taste).

Notes
