Method
- Chop all veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato).
- Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
- Spread pizza sauce/ketchup on the unbuttered side.
- Sprinkle grated cheese, then add veggies evenly.
- Top with more cheese, chili flakes, and oregano.
- Heat a pan on low flame. Place the bread (buttered side down).
- Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.
- For crispiness, flip and cook the other side for 1 minute (optional).
- Cut into triangles and enjoy hot!
Notes
- Customize: Add paneer, olives, or jalapeños for variation.
- Storage: Best eaten fresh. Reheat in a pan for crispiness.
- Vegan Option: Use vegan cheese and skip butter.
