Ingredients
  

  • slices 4 Bread (white/brown)
  • tbsp 4 Pizza sauce/tomato ketchup
  • cup 1/2 Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • cup 1/4 Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • cup 1/4 Onion (finely chopped)
  • cup 1/4 Tomato (deseeded & chopped)
  • tbsp 2 Sweet corn kernels
  • tsp 1 Red chili flakes
  • tsp 1 Dried oregano
  • tbsp 1 Butter/oil

Equipment

  •  Frying pan/griddle
  •  knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Chop all veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato).
  2. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Spread pizza sauce/ketchup on the unbuttered side.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese, then add veggies evenly.
  5. Top with more cheese, chili flakes, and oregano.
  6. Heat a pan on low flame. Place the bread (buttered side down).
  7. Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. For crispiness, flip and cook the other side for 1 minute (optional).
  9. Cut into triangles and enjoy hot!

Notes

  • Customize: Add paneer, olives, or jalapeños for variation.
  • Storage: Best eaten fresh. Reheat in a pan for crispiness.
  • Vegan Option: Use vegan cheese and skip butter.
