Bread Pizza Recipe

A quick and delicious Bread Pizza made with simple ingredients! Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a lazy dinner, this recipe uses bread slices as the base, topped with veggies, cheese, and pizza sauce for a crispy, cheesy treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 Bread slices
  • 4 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum (bell pepper, diced)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato (deseeded & chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Sweet corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp Black olives (sliced)
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • ½ tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil
  • To taste Salt

Equipment

  • Toaster/Oven/Air Fryer or Stovetop Pan
  • Knife & Chopping Board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Butter Knife

Method
 

  1. Lightly butter the bread slices on both sides for crispiness (optional).
  2. Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce evenly on each slice.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese, followed by onions, capsicum, tomatoes, corn, and olives.
  4. Top with another layer of cheese, then sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, and salt.
  5. Oven/Air Fryer Method: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 mins until cheese melts.
  6. Stovetop Method: Heat a pan, place the bread pizza, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 mins.
  7. Cut into halves and enjoy with ketchup or mayo!

Notes
