A delicious and easy-to-make Breakfast Pizza that combines fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a golden crust. Perfect for a weekend brunch or a quick weekday breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb (or homemade) Pre-made pizza dough
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Breakfast sausage (cooked & crumbled)
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • For garnish Fresh parsley (optional)

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Prepare the Dough – Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter). Transfer to the baking sheet.
  3. Pre-Bake Crust – Brush the dough with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly firm.
  4. Scramble the Eggs – In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until softly scrambled (they’ll finish cooking in the oven).
  5. Assemble Pizza – Spread scrambled eggs over the pre-baked crust. Top with cheese, bacon, sausage, bell peppers, and red onion.
  6. Bake – Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
  7. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional), slice, and enjoy hot!

  • Dough Options: Use store-bought pizza dough or make your own for extra freshness.
  • Vegetarian Version: Skip bacon/sausage and add mushrooms or spinach.
