Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Dough:
  • 450g 1 lb Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 15mL 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5g 1 tsp Cornmeal (for dusting)
For the Buffalo Chicken Topping:
  • 150g 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 120mL ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 28g 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 100g 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50g ½ cup Blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 25g ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 5g 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Equipment

  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Rolling pin (if making dough from scratch)
  • Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  3. Dust a pizza stone or baking sheet with cornmeal and transfer dough.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with melted butter and buffalo sauce.
  5. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
  6. Spread a thin layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  7. Top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and red onions.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro/parsley.
  10. Slice and serve with extra buffalo sauce or ranch.
