Ingredients
  

  • 115g ½ cup Unsalted butter Or use salted (adjust salt)
  • 120ml ½ cup Hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot) Adjust for heat preference
  • 15ml 1 tbsp White vinegar Enhances tanginess
  • 5ml 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor
  • 1.5g ½ tsp Garlic powder Or 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1g ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper Optional for extra heat
  • To taste Salt Only if using unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Melt Butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter completely.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Whisk in hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Adjust Consistency: For a thicker sauce, simmer longer. For thinner, add 1 tbsp water.
  4. Season: Taste and add salt if needed.
  5. Cool & Store: Let cool slightly before using. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
