Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Paprika (optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt & black pepper

Equipment

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Airtight container (for storage)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes (optional) to allow flavors to meld. Spread on burgers, sandwiches, or use as a dip for fries.
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

 
  • Spicy Version: Add ½ tsp of sriracha or hot sauce.
  • Smoky Flavor: Substitute paprika with smoked paprika.
  • No Relish? Finely chop pickles or use 1 tsp pickle juice instead.
