- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dough: In a bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop & Roll: Use a cookie scoop (or spoon) to form 1-inch balls, then roll each in powdered sugar for coating.
- Bake: Place dough balls on the baking sheet, 2 inches apart, and bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool: Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
