Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Egg
  • 1 large Butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Make Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
