Ingredients

  • 60g ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 30g 2 tbsp Honey
  • 15g 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 15g 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5g 1 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 5ml 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1g ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1g ¼ tsp Smoked paprika (optional)

Equipment

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Whisk or fork
  • Airtight container (for storage)

Method

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
  2. Mix Well: Stir until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness (honey) or tanginess (lemon juice) if needed.
  3. Chill: For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve: Enjoy with chicken tenders, fries, or sandwiches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Use regular mustard if Dijon isn’t available. For a smokier flavor, add a dash of liquid smoke.
  • Make Ahead: The sauce tastes better after resting, so prepare it a few hours in advance.
  • Spice It Up: Add a pinch of cayenne for a kick!
