Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb (450g) Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 6 strips Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • To taste Salt & black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel (if using a stone).
  3. Add Ranch Base: Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.
  5. Add chicken, bacon, and red onion.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For Extra Crispiness: Pre-bake the crust for 5 mins before adding toppings.
  • Vegetarian Option: Skip chicken and bacon; add mushrooms and bell peppers.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven.
