In a bowl, mix chicken with ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomato puree. Cook until oil separates.
Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 8–10 minutes until tender.
Stir in coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add cubed cottage cheese and gently mix. Simmer for 5 minutes.
