Method
- Chop bell peppers, onions, and olives. Grate the cheese.
- Lightly butter the bread slices or brush with olive oil.
- Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each slice.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly.
- Add chopped veggies, sweet corn, and olives.
- Top with more cheese and a pinch of oregano & chili flakes.
- Oven Method: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 mins until cheese melts.
- Stovetop Method: Heat a pan, place bread pizza, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 mins.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or dip!
