ciabatta bread recipe

A quick and delicious Bread Pizza made with simple ingredients! Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a lazy dinner. Crispy bread topped with tangy pizza sauce, veggies, cheese, and herbs—ready in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bread slices (white/brown)
  • 4 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Sweet corn (boiled)
  • 5-6 Black olives (sliced)
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • ½ tsp Red chili flakes
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil

Equipment

  • Oven or Toaster Oven (or Stovetop Pan)
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking Tray (if baking)

Method
 

  1. Chop bell peppers, onions, and olives. Grate the cheese.
  2. Lightly butter the bread slices or brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each slice.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly.
  5. Add chopped veggies, sweet corn, and olives.
  6. Top with more cheese and a pinch of oregano & chili flakes.
  7. Oven Method: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 mins until cheese melts.
  8. Stovetop Method: Heat a pan, place bread pizza, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 mins.
  9. Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or dip!

Notes

✅ Variations: Add paneer, mushrooms, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
✅ Make it Crispy: Toast bread lightly before adding toppings.
✅ No Oven? Use a microwave (30-40 sec) or air fryer (5 mins at 160°C).
✅ Kid-Friendly: Skip chili flakes for a milder taste.
