Activate Yeast: Warm milk to 110°F (43°C). Dissolve honey and yeast in it. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
Mix Dough: In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, yeast mixture, and salt. Gradually add flour, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead: Turn dough onto a floured surface. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Add flour as needed to prevent sticking.
First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled.
Shape: Punch down dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Finish: Brush with melted butter. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
