Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mashed ripe bananas (about 4 medium bananas)
  • 1.5 cups Rolled oats (or oat flour)
  • 0.5 cups Sweetened condensed milk (or maple syrup for vegan option)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mash Bananas: In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add rolled oats and sweetened condensed milk to the bananas. Stir until fully combined. (For finer texture, blend oats into flour first.)
  4. Transfer to Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Serve: Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

  • Ripe Bananas: The sweeter and spottier, the better!
