- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 mins until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and ¼ cup olive oil to the yeast mixture.
- Stir until a sticky dough forms (no kneading needed).
- Cover with a towel and let rise for 1-2 hours (until doubled).
- Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, then transfer the dough.
- Stretch it gently to fit the pan.
- Let rise for 20-30 mins.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Press fingertips into the dough to create dimples.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle salt & rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 mins until golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing.

✅ For extra flavor, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, or olives.
✅ Storage: Keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze for longer.
✅ No yeast? Substitute with 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp vinegar (texture may vary).
