Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Flatbread or Naan
  • 3 tbsp Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Sliced red onions
  • ¼ cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 5-6 Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • To taste Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Flatbread – Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Add Sauce – Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Layer Cheese – Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add Toppings – Add bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepperoni (if using).
  6. Season – Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake – Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges turn crispy.
  8. Garnish & Serve – Top with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy!
