In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine chicken with ½ cup Garlic Expressions Vinaigrette, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F). Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake in a dish for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup vinaigrette and garnish with parsley.
