Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • ¾ cup Garlic Expressions® Vinaigrette (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Ziplock bag or shallow dish (for marinating)
  • Grill or oven-safe baking dish
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine chicken with ½ cup Garlic Expressions Vinaigrette, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
  3. Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F). Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  4. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake in a dish for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup vinaigrette and garnish with parsley.

  • Substitutions: Use thighs for juicier results or swap vinaigrette with homemade garlic-lemon dressing.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid dryness.
