Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-6 minutes). Drain excess fat.
Sauté Veggies: Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add Liquids & Seasonings: Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add Pasta & Green Beans: Stir in pasta and green beans. Cook for another 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add more salt/pepper if needed.
Serve: Ladle into bowls and enjoy hot!
