Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Set aside.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Add your favorite toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, etc.).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
