Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 cup Honey baked ham (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Grapes (halved)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Dice cooked chicken, ham, celery, and red onion. Halve the grapes.
  2. Make Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine Salad: In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, ham, celery, red onion, and grapes. Pour the dressing over and gently mix.
  4. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Garnish with nuts if desired.
  5. Enjoy! Serve on bread, croissants, crackers, or over greens.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Use turkey instead of chicken, or swap Greek yogurt for sour cream.
