  • 1 packet (1.4 oz) Knorr Vegetable Dip Mix
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Knorr Vegetable Dip Mix, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  2. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F).
  5. Skillet Method: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Oven Method: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs (parsley/cilantro) if desired.
