Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Whole milk (optional, for thinning)
  • Fresh parsley (garnish)

Method
 

  1. Melt Butter – In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add Cream & Seasonings – Pour in the heavy cream, then whisk in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate Cheese – Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Adjust Consistency – If the sauce is too thick, stir in milk (½ cup at a time) until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve – Toss with cooked fettuccine or drizzle over grilled chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or 1 minced garlic clove.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk.
  • Dairy-free option: Substitute with plant-based butter, coconut cream, and nutritional yeast.
