Ingredients
  

  • 20g ¼ cup Dried minced onions
  • 15g 2 tbsp Beef bouillon powder (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 2g 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2g 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1g ½ tsp Celery salt
  • 1g ½ tsp Smoked paprika (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar (balances flavor)

Equipment

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Whisk or fork
  • Airtight container (for storage)

Method
 

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until evenly distributed.
  2. Store: Transfer to an airtight container. Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  3. To Use as Soup: Mix 4 tbsp (1 packet) with 4 cups boiling water. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. For Dips: Blend 2 tbsp mix with 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Gluten-Free: Use GF bouillon.
  • Spice Level: Add cayenne for heat.
  • Substitutions: Swap beef bouillon with mushroom powder for umami (vegan option).
