A quick and delicious Pizza Bread that combines the flavors of pizza with the convenience of bread. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party food!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread / Baguette
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp Red chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • As needed Fresh basil (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Bread – Slice the bread loaf horizontally and place it on a baking tray.
  3. Garlic Butter – Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the bread.
  4. Add Sauce – Spread pizza sauce evenly on both halves.
  5. Cheese & Toppings – Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni (if using).
  6. Season – Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes for extra flavor.
  7. Bake – Bake for 12-15 mins until the cheese melts and turns golden.
  8. Garnish & Serve – Top with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy hot!

✔ Variations: Add veggies like bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms.
