Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Italian sausage
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 3 cups Penne pasta
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • To taste Salt & black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown Meat: In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage and ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Sauté Veggies: Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Layer Casserole:
  7. Spread cooked pasta in the baking dish.
  8. Pour meat and sauce mixture over the pasta.
  9. Top with pepperoni, black olives, and cheeses.
  10. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve!
