  • Baking sheet or pizza stone

Method

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in olive oil and warm water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead Dough: Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Rest Dough: Let the dough rest for 5 minutes (no yeast = no long rise!).
  5. Shape & Top: Roll out into your desired thickness, transfer to a baking sheet, and add toppings.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

  • No Baking Powder? Substitute with 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp vinegar.
  • Crispier Crust: Pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Storage: Wrap unused dough tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
