Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup Pepperoni (chopped)
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce (for dipping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients – Stir in milk and egg until just combined.
  4. Fold in Cheese & Pepperoni – Gently mix in mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped pepperoni.
  5. Fill Muffin Tin – Divide the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups (about ¾ full).
  6. Bake – Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Cool & Serve – Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the tin. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Variations: Add diced bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days (reheat in oven for best texture).
  • Freezing: Freeze baked puffs and reheat in the oven when needed.
