Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortellini and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly (~2 minutes).
Add the cooked tortellini and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes (if using).
Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
