Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz (1 package) Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortellini
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Salt
  • ½ cup Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortellini and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheesesalt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly (~2 minutes).
  7. Add the cooked tortellini and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes (if using).
  9. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
  • Add-Ins: Sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes add extra flavor.
  • Storage: Best served fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 1-2 days (sauce may thicken—reheat with a splash of milk).
