- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth (small lumps are okay).
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature!

✔ Best with overripe bananas (brown spots = sweeter flavor).
