Sauté Garlic: In a medium saucepan or skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds–1 minute until fragrant (do not let it brown).
Deglaze with Wine: Pour in white wine (or broth) and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add Lemon & Seasoning: Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
Finish with Herbs: Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
Serve: Toss with cooked shrimp, pasta, or seafood and enjoy!
