Starbucks Pumpkin Bread Recipe

A moist, spiced pumpkin bread that tastes just like the one from Starbucks! Perfectly sweet, warmly spiced, and loaded with pumpkin flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 190g 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger
  • 225g 1 cup Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 100g ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 110g ½ cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 120ml ½ cup Vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  4. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Stir in nuts (if using).
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
  • Substitutions:
    • Swap oil with applesauce for a lighter version.
    • Use gluten-free flour if needed.
    • Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
