Ingredients
  

  • 2 (5 oz) pouches StarKist Chicken (Pouch or Canned)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or mayo)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried dill (or fresh)
  • ¼ cup Chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp Red onion (finely diced)
  • To taste Salt & pepper

  • Fork (for shredding chicken if needed)

Method
 

  1. Open the StarKist Chicken pouches and drain excess liquid. Flake the chicken with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken, celery, and red onion to the dressing. Mix well.
  4. Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
  5. Enjoy on whole-grain bread, lettuce wraps, or over a salad.

Notes

  • Storage: Keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • Substitutions:
    • Use mayo instead of Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
    • Add grapes or almonds for extra crunch/sweetness.
  • For Meal Prep: Double the batch for easy lunches!
