- Open the StarKist Chicken pouches and drain excess liquid. Flake the chicken with a fork.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken, celery, and red onion to the dressing. Mix well.
- Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
- Enjoy on whole-grain bread, lettuce wraps, or over a salad.
