Vegetable Pizza Recipe

A delicious and colorful Vegetable Pizza loaded with fresh veggies, melted cheese, and a crispy crust. Perfect for a healthy yet indulgent meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 180g 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 5g 1 tsp Instant yeast
  • 3g ½ tsp Sugar
  • 3g ½ tsp Salt
  • 30ml 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 120ml ½ cup Warm water
For the Toppings:
  • 120ml ½ cup Pizza sauce
  • 100g 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 50g ½ cup Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 50g ½ cup Red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 50g ½ cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 25g ¼ cup Black olives (sliced)
  • 2g 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2g 1 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
  • 15ml 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water, knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  5. Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  6. Transfer to a pizza tray and brush with olive oil.
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly, then add cheese and chopped veggies.
  8. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
  9. Bake for 12-15 mins until the crust is golden.
  10. Slice and serve hot!

Notes

✅ Customize veggies (add spinach, corn, or zucchini).
✅ For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 mins before adding toppings.
✅ Use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
